Children's Services outlining the proposed approach for allocation
of the DWP HSF across Hampshire for the 6-month period from 1 April
to 30 September 2024.
The DWP expectation is that the grant should primarily be used to
support households most in need and is intended to cover a wide
range of low-income households.
