To consider a report of the Director of
Economy, Transport and Environment setting out the case for bus
priority enforcement, the principle under which HCC would enforce
such facilities and the practices it intends to adhere to in order
to ensure legal compliance, transparency and fairness in how it
goes about doing so. It does not seek to implement any schemes at
this time but it does seek to formalise the policy framework and
how it would be implemented.
