That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to vary existing maps found within the “The Hampshire
(Fareham) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Parking
Places) Consolidation Order 2020” order, and to add
additional maps which will impose further prohibitions and
restrictions of waiting that coincide with works currently
undertaken to improve access and ease congestion.
