Purpose:
To consider a report of the Director of
Economy, Transport and Environment regarding an update on the
Winchester Movement Strategy (WMS) and seeking approval to
undertake public engagement and consultation on the proposals and
plans in the WMS. The report is also seeking approval for officers
to undertake any consultation of the individual schemes listed in
the action plan as they emerge through engagement and the detailed
design process.
