Decision details

1.1. That the proposed improvements of the Café counter and layout in EII Court totalling £70,000 is approved.
1.2. That the works totalling £70,000 is funded 50% (£35,000) from the R&M Revenue – Non Schools (P&R Landlord) budget as revenue expenditure and 50% (£35,000) is funded from the HC3S revenue budget.
1.3. That Corrigenda are appointed as the Contractor under Single Tender Approval for contracts valued at less than £100k.
